Trained as a cinematographer, he has collaborated with National Geographic and Getty Images, earned numerous photography awards, and presented his work in international exhibitions. In recent years, he has embraced generative AI as a new creative lens, producing award-winning AI films that blend poetic imagery with emotional depth. His work seeks to explore whether technology can capture — and even amplify — the fragility, tension, and beauty of human stories.
Director's statement
With “FRAGILE”, my primary goal was to explore a fascinating paradox: using the most advanced, calculated digital tools to capture the most delicate, organic, and fleeting moments of existence.
The film is conceived as a visual poem about ephemerality. The synchronized grace of ballerinas, the quiet flight of doves, and a single falling feather serve as metaphors for the impermanence of time. These are moments that exist only for a fraction of a second before slipping away. I wanted to create a pristine, minimalist space where the viewer is invited to simply pause, breathe, and reflect on this transient beauty.
As a creator, choosing to direct this entirely through generative AI (specifically the Kling 3.0 model) was a deliberate artistic experiment. Artificial intelligence is often associated with cold perfection, hyper-realism, or overwhelming visual spectacle. I wanted to strip all of that away. My question was: Can a machine be guided to understand and render pure vulnerability? Can an algorithm capture the subtle, atmospheric quietness of an empty, sunlit room or the delicate breath of a dancer?
The process of generating this film became a meditation in itself. Prompting an AI to generate images is, in a way, an ephemeral act—creating unique, fleeting arrangements of pixels that are born from text and imagination.
Produced alongside AIGEN01 Labs, “FRAGILE” is a testament to the fact that AI is no longer just a technical novelty; it has matured into a deeply expressive artistic medium. Ultimately, this film is my invitation to the audience to find genuine human sensitivity, warmth, and poetry within a fully synthetic creation.
